I had the privilege of participating in a presentation by Esme entitled "Crack the Code, 10 communication strategies influential leaders must master." It was phenomenal. Esme is charismatic, engaging, and I took with me a realization of areas I'm falling short in, but also doing really well in when it comes to communication with my team, family, and groups I lead. The course I participated in had about 10 in attendance which allowed for discussion and drilling in on specific, real life examples.
