Do you offer team training for organizations? Yes. In addition to individual leadership coaching, I offer team training workshops, leadership development programs, and organizational coaching for businesses, nonprofits, and government organizations across Florida.
How long does leadership coaching take? All clients begin with a 90-day coaching journey. Most continue beyond that as they work toward larger goals. We always start with a free discovery call to understand your situation and recommend the right path for you.
Where are you located, and do you offer virtual coaching? I am based in Niceville, Florida, and serve leaders throughout the Florida Panhandle, including Pensacola, Destin, Fort Walton Beach, Crestview, Panama City, and Tallahassee. I also offer virtual leadership coaching for clients across the United States.
